How do the tiers actually work?
Each tier is a fixed monthly capacity you can point at any combination of services in the table. At the start of each month we agree priorities together, then you watch progress live in your portal.
Does unused capacity roll over?
No — capacity resets monthly. It keeps the arrangement simple and the pricing honest. If a quiet month is coming, we'll suggest pausing or downgrading instead.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes, from the next billing month. No penalty in either direction.
What's the commitment?
None beyond the month. Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice to cancel.
What if I need something that isn't in the table?
That's Custom — £60/hour, with the estimated hours proposed and agreed before any work begins. Scope, priorities and budget are fixed up front.
How do I know what's been done?
Every task and the time spent on it is visible in your client portal as it happens, and each month closes with a consolidated report.
Do you work on site?
Work is remote. Growth and Scale include one in-person meeting per month; Custom by agreement.
